Registration
- Registration closes July 3, 2023. In-home lodging and meals will not be provided after that date; persons will be responsible for their own lodging and meals. (Extra meals may be available; inquire at registration.)
- In-home lodging is available on a limited basis; after registering, refer to your confirmation email for further information.
- Meals will be provided on a donation basis. (See brochure)
- EVERYONE who plans to attend, PLEASE REGISTER BY July 3rd, even if making your own lodging arrangements.

We urge you to register early for lodging as this is a busy tourist area and things book up early.
In-Home Lodging
LIMITED IN-HOME LODGING is available for registered guests. After registering, refer to your confirmation email for a link to obtain available host families to make direct reservations with the family of your choice.
On-Site Lodging
Lodging for single guys is available in Graybill Dorm with double occupancy rooms of single beds for $48/room/night.
Lodging for single girls & couples/families is available in two separate wings in Millstream Dorm with double occupancy rooms of single beds for $60/room/night.
Renters need to provide their own bed linens, towels & washcloths, along with all personal amenities. Payment due upon arrival at registration table.
